According to § 7 pt. 1 ger. TMA we - being a ware- and service provider (via online, too) - are responsible for our own contents in our website. But we aren´t obligated (according to §§ 8 - 10 ger. TMA) to control and investigate transmitted datas/contents for correctness and possible hints of illegal actions, when we store or/and integrate them. According to the general law situation the obligation for deletion or blocking of data usage remains unaffected of it. But an appropiate responsibility is possible from the moment of knowledge about a conrete infringement of rights. If such an infringement comes to our knowledge, all concerning contents/datas will be deleted, immediately.

Our website contains links to another websites of foreign instances/providers (third parties) - we have no influence on their decisions and we are not responsible for the contents of their websites. The owner of the foreign (linked) websites are responsible for their own contents. The linked websites were precautionary controlled for respectability and moral and lawful harmlessness. We care about the copyright in all conscience, according to german law of copyrights (UrhG). Because we aren´t obligated to control the contents of foreign (linked) websited for copyright infringements, we suppose third parties care about the copyright, as we do. If any infringement against copyright comes to our knowledge, as already mentioned, we delete the concerning links, immediately. We - the Kiddybox GmbH - create own designs, patents, animations and sounds, we solely own their rights and licenses. We additionally use license materials of other providers, in the framework of their conditions and contract - according to their terms and coditions, in particular cases we have to set subheadings about the name of the proprietor of the copyrights. The display of items (like toys) runs in the necessity of advertising available/containing materials in/with our offers. With and for our sale of our products we are entitled to represent foreign rights, adequately. Product photos of foreign rights were/are produced by Kiddybox GmbH, for own purposes. The copyrights/licenses of patents/concepts itselves are property of their producers/licenser.

 

With using of materials and contents we always respect the protection of copyrights. Any eventually caused infringements against copyrights on our part would just happen unintentionally and accidentally. If such a case comes to your knowledge, we ask you to inform us, immediately. After careful juridical verifications we would delete the concerning materials at once, if and when neccessary.
